How to Hide UIBB on Employee Short profile Dynamically

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where on MSS Team leaders should not have access to TRP related information. Since they have MSS role, they can go into Employee short profile where there are UIBB's like Salary Data, Total Compensation  History etc,..Is there a way to hide the UIBB's dynamically based on the user logged in (If Manager, then these UIBB's will stay, in case of Team Leader, they will disappear). Can you please provide the details if possible? We are on ECC6, EHP5.

I am surprised to know that anyone else don't have similar requirements. Any suggestions on how to solve the issue?
