how to find a persons proficiency level for qualification.

Hi,

Go to HRP1001 and find the employee's qualification

(P to Q - A032 relation) and check out for the value in

ADATANR field.Go to HRPAD31 table and check out CHARA field for the corresponding ADATANR.That gives the employee's proficiency of the qualification.You can also get experience in years from the same table.

Hi Mili,

You have some function modules in the function group RHPP that will directly give you all the CSP related info(for instance qualifications,proficiency etc.) if you pass PERNR etc.Please close the issue if solved.
