Splitting collection workitems by additional criteria (other than company code)

Dear gurus,

Is it possible to split collection workitems by additional criteria (other than company code) for one customer? This is can I enhance the system to create more than one workitem for one customer under the same company code?

Hi.

As far as I know, it's not possible.

In my case, my client want to make worklist per business area and it's very similar with your requirement.

But it's not implemented because I don't have any solution and SAP answered it's many many difficult job to modify system.

Collection organization and structure of tables looks not to support that biz scenarios.

To confirm it is not possible

You need to use the Collection Org model - so segments and groups.
