Hello All!
I would like to know if there is the possibility of creating a job or workflow rule for customer assigment updating in the corresponding territory.
The idea for the rule is to have the territory assigned to the customer according to the city/state informed on the account.

Dear Monica,
the system has the "Territory realignment run" functionality.
This, based on your Territory Realingment rules, will assign automatically territory to your account and individual customers.
To set rules you have to log on as an administrator, go on Sales and Marketing settings and click on "Define rules for territory realignment".
Once you did this, in the same workset of sales and marketing settings, click on Territory realignment to set jobs to assign territories.

Territory management will automatically set the territory when you do a territory realignment or when you create the account. Territory management has a rules engine that you can define to find the right territory based on account attributes.
