Tasks not populating in UWL after clear cache

Hello All

We are facing a unique issue where after clearing the UWL cache, the tasks appearing in UWL for users are only after the time the clearing of cache was completed.

The tasks which were previously visible in UWL are now not visible anymore.

Any idea why this issue has happened.

Please let me know in case of more inputs seeked.

Hi Ankit,

Can you please check the task is appearing in SBWP or not.

IF its appearing in that then kindly check your system and webflow connector destination.

The issue is resolved now as the system alias was re-registered and the UWL was populated with the older pending tasks as well but all are in New status. The In progress ones have also turned to new.
