Transaction CK24 for updating fiscale price doesn't work

Hello,

Could you someone help me to understand why there is a problem in CK24 transaction when I try to update Fiscal price?

I set in costing varinat, costing category allows update fiscal price and check all necessary steps in costomizing for this new costing variant, but I don't find any error.

Are there any other steps to do before running CK24 selecting all necessary parameters and price to update?

I have calculated and saved the cost (status KA) which will be used for updating fiscal price using CK24.

Thanks for attention and suggestions.

Hi Armidoro

If your cost estimation is saved then go to ck24

1. Select other price and select all parameters like costing variant date ..version etc

and execute...even then taxprice is coming 0 price..that means you have not selected TAX INVENTORY in OKTZ  CCS attributes as tax inventory ...

So..go to OKTZ and select attributes as tax inventory related what ever attributes you want to take as tax inventory value...

I think issue will be solved

Dear Guisy,

update of tax-based and commercial prices has some special logic which you find in the documentation.

In short:

Check your costing variant: Which price is updated according to costing type ?

If this is tax-based or commercial price then

  1. you cannot update price of raw materials and
  2. the determination of lowest priced is carried out

If setting is 'other prices' then you can update also the prices of raw materials, but you have to set the parameter 'Mat. comp. Prices' to do this.

Hello Johannes,

According to costing type I'm updating Tax price.

In my test case material is not ROW material, but HALB material.

Thanks

Giusy,

sorry, I was not precise:

With 'raw materials' I meant materials that have been costed as raw materials, i.e. without BoM/Routing/SPK.

Could you please check the cost estimate: If the itemization show an item with item category 'I'  this means that the material was costed as raw material (and there is no data in the 'quantity structure').

If this material has a quantity structure (i.e. it was not costed as raw material) then please check the price (MAP or S-Price according to price control). This price will be compared with the costing result and the lower one will update the tax price.

Yes, I understand, material is costed as ROW material and I've tried to update tax price by transaction MRN0, but I want to update it using CK24 with specific costing variant as result of cost calculation of this costing variant!

I tried to change setting in costing variant with "other price then standard price" and try to do cost calculation and CK24 choosing another price (Commercial price) in this case material is found but with 0 value, but the cost exist!

Thanks

Please check in the cost estimate the prices of the various costing views. For update of commercial (and tax-based) prices the costing view 'Inventory (Tax-Based)' is relevant - i.e. those costs are ignored which are not relevant for tax-law valuation (setting in the cost components).

Dear,

I cannot mark and release because this is not standard cost (costing variant for standard cost). This is a new costing variant to updated different price from standard cost.

In any case I 've marked for current period and company code. Try to release (but nothing is done, no standard cost) and try again CK24 for updating other price (my price is Fiscal price), but nothing heppens.

Do you have any other suggestion?

Thanks

Hi Armidoro,

Execute CK11N first and save cost estimate and then CK24 Mark step and then CK24 release step.

one more thing check CK22 ,is current period is released with your costing variant.

Thanks,

Anusha

Hi

There are two steps in CK24. First is 'Marking' and the second is 'Release'. Are you doing both?

If yes. Are you getting any message? If yes kindly share detailed screen of message.

Hello,

Yes I know but this is no standard cost (costing variant for standard cost), so no mark and no release need to update other cost as in my case.

In any case I did it for costing variant of standard cost, but when I try to update other cost with my new costing variant  (Tax price in my case) nothing heppens and system give message "no cost estimate found for price update", but cost estimat exist and statu is KA calculated without error!

Do you have any suggestion, please?

Thanks

Hi

In costing Type (OKKI) setups you can define, where you want to update the results of costing run. Choose any other option than 'Std Cost'.

Have you released the costing in CK24?
