Workflow event not in receiver's inbox although it exists in sender's outbox

Hi gurus,

I implement objective setting and appraisals.

I use workflow events and although the workflow event exists in sender's outbox it doesn't appear in receiver's inbox.

    1. Are you sure it routed to your agent?

    2. Are you sure it was not sent to multiple agents and one may have already "grabbed it" which then puts it in "reserved" status for them.

    3. What does SWIA show you happened? (screenshot would help!)

      Hi Christopher,

      thanks for the prompt response!

      I am sure that it was not sent to multiple agents.

      The priority of the workflow event is 5.Could it be the reason?

      In SWIA I see that the status is ready or started.

      Can't send you a print screen because I can't save it in txt file and the other file formats are not accepted as attachments here.

      Wait your help!
