Hi Experts,
I'm trying to use the CCS to simulate a Telephony call in my SAP CRM (version 7.0 with Netweaver 7.0).
The connection in CCS is OK
I configured the CMS profile so when log in the system the follow error is displayed in the transaciotn CRM_ICI_TRACE the follow error:
Exception CX_CRM_ICI_EXCEPTION
Program name CL_ICI_SOAP_DELEGATE==========CP
Include name CRM_SOAPINCL_TRANSPORT_IMPL

and
Exception CX_BCB_EXCEPTION

message (ICI Error occurred in method CL_BCB_SYSTEM->GET_WORKCENTER_CAPABILITY)
Anybody knows how can fix this error and finally simulate telephony call ?

Regarding error in method GET-WORKCENTER_CAPABILITY, you do not need to prefrom any action, as SAP CCS does not have this capability (this is a warning and not a real error).
I would recommend you to install the latest WEBCUIF level in your system and also keep updated your CRM Supoprt Package level. Try to check if there is any firewall between those systems and the rules you are using.
