PROG_DEF_S_NOT_INDICATED issue when using 0IM_REPOBJ_ATTR

I activated  0IM_REPOBJ_ATTR master data source and  I get the PROG_DEF_S_NOT_INDICATED issue.   I checked for t-code SFW5 to check and see if there's business function not activated but came up empty handed.

Any direction would help as I'm kind of at a stand still.

please take Functional and basis team help to solve above issue.

at SFW5 related business functions are not active. its functional team activity. please inform to them.

Or please check more details about error(long text).
