input 2 attendance type on the same day

Dears ,

             when input 2 attendance type for employee on the same day

             and run time evaluation , the system neglect the second attendance type  (calculate early leave)

How can i trace this case ?

Hi,

If both attendance types are containing with same time interval then it will be clubbed together in the adjustment absence type section in the schema.

Please share the error screenshot details with Input (where two entries are coming) , processing and output (where one entries are showing).

Hi,

When you are maintain the record in the IT2002, are you getting any error message or information message?

If yes then check with V_554Y_B table for time infotype constraints for collision.

Also share the Input table of function P2002 during time evaluation run and also output table details also( i.e. TIP and TOP of P2002 function).

what are the 2 att types you are maintaining for the Employee is the first attendance type is leave type? if so are you maintaining any no. of hours or giving whole day. if you share the screen shot, help full to understand the scenario.
