Hello Team,
When I click on Time sheet in ESS always gets a "System error" message. Its not allow me to move further. Can any tell is it because of any config or patch upgrade issue ?

Hi Sony,
Check your SICF Services for ESS/MSS Time solution - CATS, hope they are activated.
Check your CVR Profile, hope its configured.
Can any tell is it because of any config or patch upgrade issue - You might have done impact analysis for your patch upgrade, it might effect other services also, why TIME SHEET only

what error it's showing, place the screen shot of error for more clear of the issue, if it's dump then check in t-code ST22 in ecc side for that user.
