RTL library is not getting connecting to the SOLMAN

hi all,

We are facing issue in logging to the RTL library from the CBTA tool.It ooks like some connectivity issue is happening as shown below in the screenshot.Once we give the details for the username and password for the RTL library its showing the below error message.Am posting this message so that if anybody have come across can help me in solving this issue.We have lot of depedencies on the RTL library.So if anybody is aware of how to solve this,please help us so that it would be a great helpful.

Have you set the parameter icm/host_name_full to the fullt qualified domain name? In your screenshout I see a hostname and it should show the fully qualified Domain name. This is why it would seem the parameter has not been set. This is not a dynamic parameter so a system resart will be required to activate it. Regards, Paul
