HR Orgmanagment - Distribution of non-active Plan Variant

Hello.

i had created a new Plan variant named 'Z1'. Active Plan-Variant is '01'.

Z1 i need for a special workflow scenario and 01 is distributed from central HR system.

I want to distribute my OM in Z1 to other systems in the landscape.

I tried to use transaction PFAL but its telling me, that only the active plan variant will

be accepted.

So i wonder whether there is a way to distribute other plan variants and their org models

in the system landscape ?

Hi,

We can activate only one plan version at a time, plan version activation switch is PLOGI PLOGI 01

If you want to update the OM objects for the other plan version, you have to change the active plan version for the switch PLOGI PLOGI Z1.

I'm not a HR expert. 🙂 Can you give a hint how to set PLOGI PLOGI Z1 ?

Is there a transaction/report for doing so or can i find it in SPRO ?

Hi,

go to SM30 and give table name V_T77S0 and click on maintain and search for PLOGI PLOGI and change accordingly.

Hello Praneeth,

ok. works.

now i can use PFAL. Idocs were generated and distributed to destination.

WE02 shows green idocs. But in PPOME the model is not updated for variant Z1.

Am i missing something?
