Is it possible to delete a approved SC and release the budget?

and how does one delete it, if the follow on document PO is ordered?

Once the Items on the PO are deleted, shopping cart in questions becomes available in sourcing to reject, which should release the budget.  One should avoid deleting approved shopping carts, especially since a follow-on document has been created.  Check FM table FMIOI for both Shopping cart & PO reference document # to ensure budget is released.  Good Luck!

As Ricardo said.. yes we can delete SC(shopping cart) until one follow-on document created..

It is possible to delete an approved shopping cart if it has only one follow-on document created.
