Disable Proration in Variable Pay

Hi,

Please suggest a way to disable proration in Variable Pay calculation when the template is integrated with EC. As per the requirement, the 'basis amount' should be calculated based on the 'base pay' valid on the last day of the performance period. Any changes in base pay during the performance period should not be taken into account for basis calcualtion.

Example-

Base Pay - 12000 (1st Jan to 31st July)

Base Pay - 15000 (1st Aug to 31st Dec)

Bonus target % - 10% (as on 31st Dec)

Basis = 15000*10% = 1500

Proc class 10 for the relevant w/t should be zero or blank for no prorating.
