SAP C4C Analytics: Data source for combining Tickets and Orders

Former Member

Dear Experts,

for our C4C project, we set a report that compares the number of tickets and the number of orders opened for a certain sales organization or for a certain customer or by a certain employee.

To achieve it, we set up a custom Data Source that counts the number of tickets and the number of sales order, hence we set a join between the data sources related to the sales order header and to tickets.

The resulting report actually displays all sales organizations/customers/employees linked to a ticket OR to an order. So, basically, the results are not filtered at all.

What we need to set up is a filter on tickets: if in the sales org/customer/employee has not any ticket associated, then it should not be shown in the report list.

Can anyone have any hint to achieve this goal?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kind regards

Rosalia

Hello Rosalia

You need to ensure that you create an Inner Join between the 2 data sources on Sales Org ID, Employee and Account so as to only retrieve what is common between the 2 data sources. That way you would only retrieve those tickets from the Tickets DS which have the same Sales Org, Account and Employee on the Sales Order header

Cheers !
