Have you checked the error log? usually you should be able to find the issue in error log.

Moreover you may get error for this datasource if the business function is not switched on.

Thanks

Under tcode  SFW5 activate following business functions:

1. FIN_REP_SIMPL_1 - Reporting Financials - check it and Activate changes

2. FIN_REP_SIMPL_2 - Reporting Financials 2

Take your FI team help to activate these as these are very critical function.

Thanks

Amit

KP, i am able to extract data for all other data sources as normal.

Hi Siddhu,

Are you able to get data for the other GL or FI related data source?

Is this a new system setup you are using?

Hi,

I have got same error when we were on earlier version.

Input the target system and try, then it will work.

In latest versions such as ERP 6, target can be empty and still RSA3 would work ok.

Hi MK,

As the update mode is F (FULL) there is no need to select the target system.

If the update mode is DELTA(D) then you have to select your BW system as the Target system.
