Quota type: 30 Employee is not active in validity period

Out  quota period  is  12/01    -   11/30 . 

for the employees hired on 12/01  I get this message .  during time eval. 

For all other hire dates , it  just works fine. 

What am I missing  .

Go to IT0000 and check whether employee is active or not, you can refer employment status field to check the status of an employee where you can take F1 help so that you can understand functionality.

Once we decided above details we can find out what is the cause.

As far as i understand employee is not active but time evaluation is being executed check master data thoroughly.

Which date format are you referring to? 12/01 means 12th Jan?
