Hi

As mentioned in the below thread Data Workbench should be available as of 1511.

And I have also found a document on service marketplace describing how to use it

But when I open the Data migration -> Import tab in IE 10, the browser goes to this link:

https:///dataworkbenchui/?token=&appname=

which of course does not work.

When I try the same in the Silverlight interface I just get an empty frame:

Are there anyone else have the same kind of issues?

Well, it seems to be working better in Chrome.

Now I get the below interface shown

But when I try to download the CSV file for the Lead object - I just get an empty file - I was expecting a template file that I could fill out with information.

But it might just be me misunderstanding how this should work.

I'm also getting an error that Business System could not be found.

Hi Anders,

Yes currently there is a know limitation that Data Workbench works fine only on Chrome but this is being worked on will be fixed for other browsers. Regarding the issue with Lead template download your understanding is correct that you can download an empty template file from the Download CSV file for Object link. I just tried the same and was able to download the CSV template which has all the fields and attached is the template CSV. Also there are few workarounds to keep moving instead of waiting to get this template issue resolved you can create your own CSV file with the columns you wanted then you will be allowed to map those fields on the subsequent screen. Another option is select Lead object move on to next screen and upload any CSV file you may have then the mapping screen will reveal all the fields that are part of the Lead object. Hope this helps.

Can you please elaborate on the issue with Business System could not be found? If you still face any issue please report an incident on component LOD-CRM-INT-DWB

I got it to work in another tenant where the Business System error did not occur.

And there I succeeded in downloading the template.

Hello Prakash,

DataWorkbench used to work with chrome but since 1602 upgrade this does not work with chrome anymore.

Is this a known issue or this occurs only in my tenant?

Hi Benjamin,

In 1602 Data Workbench component will only be available as part of the production upgrade and not on test upgrade.
