Hi,

I have activated below business functionality.

  1. CRM_IC_INBOX - IC Inbox Extensions (Reversible)
  2. CRM_ITSM -  Service Request Enhancements (Reversible)
  3. CRM_SLS_SRV_1 - Sales and Service
  4. CRM_TCI_1 -  Reduction of Implementation Time
  5. CRM_RMD - Rule Modeler Usability
  6. CRM_INF_1 - Infrastructure
  7. CRM_TM_1 - Enlarged Text Area and Filters in Text Log
  8. CRM_ITSM_FS - Service Request Fact Sheet (Reversible)
  9. CRM_ITSM_COM - Content and Text Management (Reversible)
  10. CRM_ITSM_ALERTS - Notification Framework and E-Mail

After that i can see a new configuration for Buttons is appearing.

But, CL_SRQM_INC_INCIDENTOVP_IMPL  Method IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS is not triggering .

Any Pointer in this regard will of very help.

Regards,

Vikash

HI vikash!!

you can try to achieve through this thread ->

I do not think functionalities have something to do with the part of the buttons you want to activate,

However there are many threads that you can check for to get a better idea of how to successfully implement buttons in your view, I'm not aware of whether your view is standard or Z, but I hope I can help.
