ERMS : Creation of custom transactions

  Hi folks,

Any idea how can we enhance ERMS to create a custom opportunity or any business document apart from the standard offerings?

Hello Devashish,

What do you mean 'apart from the standard offerings'? Do you mean AH_CREATE_SO, AH_CREATE_SR, etc?

Maybe  you have to :

1. create your own service ID and your own class to create your own transactions.

2. If you want to add this action to your ERMS rule policy, go to SPRO->..->E-Mail Response Management System->Define Repository, under ERMS->actions, copy CREATESR and create your own 'action ID' and then assign your own service ID to this action ID. Make sure 'Show Act.' is checked.

3. Of course, finally, you can add your own service ID to the service manager profile -> 'Indirectly Called Services and Properties' and specify a default transaction type.
