Complete Delivery in Service Order


in the Sales Order there is a checkmark "Complete Delivery" available on header level. Based on documentation in the service order a complete delivery (of all line items) is also possible. Bute I cannot find this checkmark; what I see is, that the delivery group is derived automatically (and often different than expected, based on my settings for ship-to, priority and requested date.)

Does anybody knows how to set  "complete delivery" in the Service Order cross line items?

    Dear Mr. Batz,

    Quote from help document -  Service Order Processing Quick Guide

    1. Under Delivery, you can request complete delivery for a product. This can be set as default in the account master, with the possibility of manually overruling this default in the order.

      Note that Delivery is a hidden section. You can activate it using the Personalize feature.

      Kindly check the same from your end.
