Fiori Check price and Availability error

Hi Experts,

When i am opening my fiori launch pad for ecc, and trying to open the standard app "Check price and Availability" , it shows me following error:

Also in console it is showing:

Hi Santosh,

Go to tr- SIMGH and check the customer configuration and the document type for the customer is correct in your case.

Call the transaction SIMGH and open the Check Price and Availability node to configure user information for the sales order document type and price condition type in the SRA016_T_CONFIG table.


Also, check the user for app specefic roles.

Strange part is individual entries need to be maintained. * ( for all entries) of document and condition type  is not working and such error triggered.

Suggest to close this thread with Answered Status to have benefit pass to others.

I am also receiving similar issue while I click Check Price and Availability.

Here is the error detail

Please check end to end configuration. it seems to be some configuration related issue.

Earlier the app was working fine, but now it is showing this error.

could you please check System Alias is maintained in ODATA service for the same application or not?

Yes i have checked the system alias for the service, and it is maintained as LOCAL.

Still I am unable to resolve the error.

please check with your basis team.

It seems to be an issue with connection to service market place from your system.

Please check RFC connections between Gateway and ECC system.

As per snap shot it seems to be connection issue of RFCs.

Please also check RFC connections in SM59. and test remote logon is working fine or not for both (i.e. gateway and ECC).
