Hi Santosh,
Go to tr- SIMGH and check the customer configuration and the document type for the customer is correct in your case.
Call the transaction SIMGH and open the Check Price and Availability
node to configure user information for the sales order document type and price condition type in the SRA016_T_CONFIG
table.
Also, check the user for app specefic roles.

I am also receiving similar issue while I click Check Price and Availability.
