      Hi,

In addition, please make sure that in future any retro accounting will not happen. (Like back dated promotion, back dated increment).

If you have maintained this date, it will restrict personnel number to process payroll before this date.

Any changes in customizing tables will not trigger retro. Changes in payroll relevant infotypes will trigger retro. However, if retro is triggered due to any infotype changes, then for the retro periods, the system will read the changes you made in the tax related tables & this will have impact. Hence please ensure the correct validity periods are assigned in customizing tables.

    • Hi,

      Tania is correct.

To stop retro, you can update Earliest Retro Active accounting date in infotype 3. You can also control retro-active date at payroll control record level using tcode PA03.

Impact will depend on what changes you made in config tables and how it is related to employee data.

      regards,

      Bala.

    Hi,

Go to t.code Pu03 employee number ...and execute .In Earl.pers. RA date put  7th-month date and

Check if  Earliest MD change & Mast.data chng.bonu has 2014 date if yes please remove it and put the 7th month date.

hope this will solve your issue.

    Regards

    Vinodh
