FPO4 Spool output is not in easily readable format.

Hello,

we execute FPO4 with output control having option of Grid interval. So, it can only be executed with List display and can not be in ALV. Due to this final output comes in as attached format. Now, whenever this output is downloaded in excel it becomes more complex and not user friendly readable.

I know I can user event 9567 to export the output of FPO4, but again this event does not give the bifurcation with grid interval. I will have to explicitly write the logic for grid interval if I implement event 9567.

Is there any standard way?

Thanks

Viraj

Hi Viraj,

Have you tried the option of 'Output in Text Mode' under the Addition Output to DataSet?

Using this option you will be able to have the output in a text file.

The look and feel of the text file is compartively better than if you download the report in excel.

I dont think there is any standard way of achieving your requirement.

Apart from evebt 9567, the program RFKKOP04 (FPO4) has an implicit enhancement spot.

You can make the enhancement in there as well..

Hope it helps

Thanks,

Amlan

Hi Viraj,

I have checked the attached Zip document.

If you place this in excel and perform the text to column functionality, it looks quite good.

I did the activity for the attached txt file and the output is attached here with.

Hope it helps...

Thanks,
