How to see if there is a scheduling program in place?

Hi PM Guru,

I just found the scheduling Call (Order) are created much earlier not in compliance with the scheduling parameters (call horizon and scheduling period).

You can see order with start date 2 months from now have been created which is controdictory to the scheduling parameters.

I think probably there may be some background program in place for the scheduling.

Please kindly advise how to check if such a program is activated or there is any other reason.

Thank you,

Sally

    Sally,

Check that you IP30 program is set to run periodically (program RISTRA20) via SM37.

If this program is already scheduled, then check the log for errors.

      Hi Maria and Jogeswara,

Please see the scheduling parameters below.

The smallest package is 1 month.

According to the parameters, order is generated 9 days ahead of plan date.

But right now orders are generated some 65~69 days in advance.

In my previous experience, we had background program working with the sort field but here iti s not the case.

Do you have any clue to share, please?

      Thank you,

      Sally
