CALL MSSQL Procedure using JDBC

Hi,

We have an interface (ECC-PI-Oracle DB Table) to write or update data to an Oracle DB table using JDBC adapter. Now we are replacing Oracle DB Table with MSSQL DB table.

Want to know if exisiting interface would work?

If yes what changes would be required in Message Mapping or Communication Channel?

If No, then guidance is required from experts to create the new interface.

Existing Configuration:

Design - Message Mapping - Executing an Oracle Procedure to insert data to a table.

Configuration:

Communication Channel:

Parameter Tab:

==========

Adapter Type : JDBC   (Receiver)

Transport Protocol: JDBC 2.0

Message Protocol: XML SQL Format

Adapter Engine: Integration Server

Connection Tab:

==============

JDBC Driver: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Connection: jdbc:oracle:thin:@<Server IP>:1521:<Service Name>

User Name: <Oracle user name>

Password: <Password>

Regards,

Anil.

    Hello,

    If the parameters of the stored procedure in the DB and the name of the stored procedure are same then no change is required in the message mapping,

    You just need to change the driver details, connection parameters, username/password accordingly
