Revision Level for creating PO in MM

          Hi all,

function consultant provided me following explanation.

1. While creating PO if material having quality control key in material master as "Z999" and No quality info record Exist then it should be possible to          create PO , but it gives me warning Error. Why ?

      Accordingly it should not create PO even after getting Informative Messages as "RELEASE LEVEL C OF material .......RESET FOR QUALITY      REASONS." Message NO - 06879.

How control key is related to material and what can be done to avoid getting Warning message .

casue it should not create error if there is mismatch

Is there any standard configuration required or need any ABAP inputs to get this Done .
