What is being offered with your free SCN account?

Hi,

I'm trying to get some clarity on what a SCN account along with the Developer Edition of ASE gives me access to.

Appreciate this is a free account and not something I've paid for.

With the Developer Edition of ASE and a free SCN account can I get access to EBFs as well as notes on such? Or is it just the major release that is free? Please understand I am not looking to criticize SAP if it turns out they don't offer any patching ability for the Developer Edition, I just need to know before I go ahead and install.

Secondly, can I get access to the support certification matrix for ASE and Replication Server?

Am I allow read-only access to any already closed support cases?
