Activate Material After Workflow Completes

Hi all,

We have a problem in our system. The workflow has not been set-up correctly so that when activation error's the workflow carries on to completion regardless. We will be fixing this, however...

This has led to several CR's being approved and completed with activation errors. We need to reprocess the activation now that the cause has been fixed. How can you process a material activation after the status has been set to 05 and workflow completed?

Shankar Singh's answer was the second part of what needed to be done.

SWO1 did not work because the system thought the CR was already active and done with. So I:

• Corrected the coding causing the activation error
• Changed table USMD120C - changed the status of the CR from 05 to 02
• Executed the 'Activate' function of BUS2250 on the CR in SWO1
• Manually replicated the changes via DRFOUT

This was the complete solution which worked.

you process the CR by using the tcode SW01 from back end..
