what is the standar process to map this scenario.

Hi,

This is a standard practice of working with a third party logistics service provider (3PL).

You can create a plant in SAP for this 3PL and one storage location. The stock needs to be IM managed.

As soon as you recieve FG from Production, you can create an STO to move the stock from your warehouse to the 3PL. The stock should move physically as well to the 3PL.

Then, you can decide whether you want to fulfill the sales delivery to customer from 3PL or not.

If you want to be delivered fom 3PL then, it is advisable to have interface set up with the 3PL IT systems, such that you can create the sales order and delivery and then transmit this OBD through the IDOC to 3PL, who in turn will get the details of ship-to-party, FG, quantity, batch, etc and would proceed with outbound delivery. As soon as stock is delivered he can confirm this to you via IDOC and OBD would be PGI'd.
