"Flag Delete" instead of Delete in MVBR

I would like to clean up some old unused reservation but don't want to manage them one by one using MB22.

I come across several discussion of using MVBR to manage them but when I tested it deleted the whole reservation.

Is it possible to just set the flag indicator to delete and not deleting the reservation itself?

A simple LSMW recording could do it.

More important would be to investigate why they are unused and why the people who created them did not care about it. You probably need another round of education.

and by the way MVBR does not exist, it is MBVR.

Thank you, it is definitely MBVR not MVBR.

And fully agree with you on making people who created them care more about it, now am sending out email to those involved to ask them to close those they don't want manually.

I will take a look at LSMW just in case
