Hello. I want change status of incidents by "Actions" in upper button line
i did't find any info about it

tnx a lot, but i I looked up, it's probably not exactly what suits me. I need that the creator can postponed incident on any time (SLA STOP). I want add new STATUS in incident and plan ACTIONS to set this status. This status Creator can set only in startus CACT for EXAMPLE.
because Creator don't have "Actions" drop-down list.

Yes you can achieve this as
1. Define the sla dependent status, spro activity, SPRO->Capabilities->ITSM->SLA escalation->SLA statues and define the status where SLA should stop.
2. Create the action with method AI_SDK_SET_STATUS and load the values J_ESTAT in abap dictionary data type and assign the status to which you want to move. (as shown in belo initial value)
