Hello. I want change status of incidents by "Actions" in upper button line

i did't find any info about it

tnx a lot, but i I looked up, it's probably not exactly what suits me. I need that the creator can postponed incident on any time (SLA STOP). I want add new STATUS in incident and plan ACTIONS to set this status. This status Creator can set only in startus CACT for EXAMPLE.

because Creator don't have "Actions" drop-down list.

Hi,

Yes you can achieve this as

1. Define the sla dependent status, spro activity, SPRO->Capabilities->ITSM->SLA escalation->SLA statues and define the status where SLA should stop.

2. Create the action with method AI_SDK_SET_STATUS and load the values J_ESTAT in abap dictionary data type and assign the status to which you want to move. (as shown in belo initial value)

Hello!

You need to activate and define PPF actions in tcode SPPFCADM (crm_order->zmin_std).

Do this according SPRO path: SAP Solution Manager->Capabilities (Optional)->IT Service Management->Define Action Profile
