Calculate YTD value with calmonth in rows.

Hi,

I want to calculate YTD values as shown in screenshot with calendar month in rows and with no variable screen input.I have gone through many threads but still not able to understand where my problem lies.Please help.

Hi Urmil,

Basically you want to see the cumulative values against each month.

What is defined in the setting for 'Calculate result as'. for that KPI ?

Yes I want to see cumulative values against each month.

'Calculate result as' setting is only for local calculation which cannot be used in dashboards or design studio.

I am using this query in design studio and there 'calculate result as' property in calculation tab does not work.

Please help.

Hi Urmil,

In that case it's better to post this question in the respective forum ince it's not an issue with BEx.

Just a thought - did you try using 'Running sum' property ?
