Qa32 Record is saving Without Usage Decision

Hi,

I have small doubt. Whether it is configuration Problem or the functionality will be use full to some where i  don't know.

But i am thinking this is the problem. The problem is In Qa32   the end user has to give the usage decision and they need to enter the how much

Quantity they are inspected like scraped, blocked and unrestricted. But Some end users without usage decision like accept or Rejected they are enter the quantity at Inspection lot stock at Qa32  T-code. Can I develop any customization for Without usage decision the person Can not able to add the record at Qa32.

You would find numerous threads on this topic. This is standard functionality of QM that Stock Posting and Usage Decision are not linked. However you can establish the control you want using status profiles or exit.

I'just want to double check.. this has nothing to do with QA32.  That is simply a worklist.  You get the same behvaior using QA11 or QA12 or by using the QE51n worklist.

You DO NOT need development to prevent a UD without also putting in the stock postings.

As mentioned above there are several threads on this topic and SAP provides an OSS note on how to do this using status profiles.  In fact, I believe in standard SAP they provide status profile QM_L_003 specifically for this out-of-the-box.  Just assign this status profile to your inspection types in configuration and it should do what you are asking.

No development needed.
