ERMS - How to identify the forwarding e-mail in CRM

Dear Experts,

We have implemented the SAP CRM ERMS, it's working as expected. Now we have a new requirement where customer sends a mail to abc@g.com or xyz@g.com, our mail server receives a mails and forward to consolidated mail address called abcxyz@g.com (so the receiving inbox is abcxyz@g.com & Alias inboxes are abc@g.com or xyz@g.com.).

In CRM using the Original Recipient attribute we are able to route i.e. in my case would be abcxyz@g.com, but the new requirement is that we should be able to identify the forwarding/alias e-mail address also in this example it could be either abc@g.com or xyz@g.com.

Any idea which attribute I should use to identify these alias e-mails.

      Hi Niranjan

      I'd recommend you debug the ERMS processing, you can see the classes involved in the ERMS services repository.

      Hopefully in there you'll find what you're looking for.
