SFTP - Availability Planning

Hi SDNites,

I have configured SFTP channel on the sender channel to pick up the file. Also Availabilty Planning for the same is scheduled at 03:00 everyday. File is picked up at correct time. But I have been informed by the 3rd party that PI system is polling everry 30 seconds.

Can you please guide me where the problem lies.

how long the channel will be open? check sender channel poll interval time? you can increase the poll interval time to poll only once depends the channel availability..

Thanks for the response.

Polling is not only happening during the period configured. It is also happening outside the period configured. But the file is picked up at correct time.

Are you using the prod and non prod channels to connect same SFTP server with different file names?

Open your Communication channel and make sure automatic control option is enabled.
