Hi Rami Reddy,

Yes you can provide FIORI access to your external customers. If the given functionality is already working using SAP FIORI with ERP Backend , the only thing you got to do is either Tejas mentioned you can use SAP WebDispatcher or mater of fact any reverse prosy to masking the urls. For Single Sign On you can use SAML to authenticate against your internal LDAP and SAP NW Gateway.

HI Ramireddy;

Ideally you should create in both the systems.

That should be an issue, if the company has 100 external customers, creating 100 users in SAP is costly for the user license fee., if they access using service user id, we can't track easily who created the order.

Thanks

We have had this requirement many times, and i feel this is the only approach possible right now. There are some workarounds, where you can tweak around rfc and access using single user, but that is not a recommended approach for go-live and SAP can take actions while on audit.

There are cases where SAP provides some user licenses, but I am not sure on that. You can reach out to Accounting team

Ramireddy,

Having a user in Backend and Gateway is required for tracking purpose.

I would suggest talking to SAP, as they will offer you different (probably a much cheaper) options for Fiori only license. (not the regular SAP GUI user license).

Hi Ramireddy

If you create a customer id on your SAP( Should be a dialog user) and same userid should be created on ur backend and gateway. Your Fiori should be on Webdispatcher(accessible outside your corporate network) and your customer can then create.

You can try one thing. Create service user on gw system and dialog on backend.

Hi Ramireddy;

I guess it will be better if you ask this question to SAP Account Executive for the responsible client.

It would be better answered by them if it violates the license policy.
