Thanks Lasse,

All boxes are checked...

The changes appears in reports (new names of agents), but the history data does not actualize.

Maybe the linked app.help text is ambiguous?

"To define if a new reporting member is added when the existing member value is changed, select the checkbox in front of the item. When a new member is added, reporting starts with the new member from the time of change. If no new member is added, reporting continues but shows the new value also for old reports.
For example, if an agent’s name is changed, no new member is required as the same person continues to appear in reports. Only the agent’s name is changed, also in reports that show time before the change.
If an agent is moved to another cost center, adding a new member may be required so that new reports are enabled with the new cost center.
"

I'll try to rephrase:

If the "Add new member when agent's name is changed" checkbox is not checked, reporting will show only the changed/new name and reflect the change also to the earlier reports. If the checkbox is checked, you will see reports under the old name until the time of change, and under the new name starting from the time of change.

So you may need to consider per attribute how you want the changes to be reflected to the reporting views.

For the items where the change was already reflected although you meant not to, you may have to update the data manually (e.g. by SQL script) in the reporting database.

Hope this helps,
BR

Hi Juan

What is the source of the Reports. If it is from BW then a BP Delta maybe required to get the data updated.

Alternatively, has the name been changed against the User ID or the BP Employee Responsible entry? Depending on how the reports are generated the information may be getting sourced incorrectly.

Thanks Arden.

The CCtr standard reports (Agent - Work done 3 - Daily) are generated by Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
