Only show incidents with specific SAP component? (CRM UI)


I would like to know if there is any way to realise the following scenario:

Users of FI and HCM are using the same business role in solman. A FI user can also view incidents with SAP component PA and an HCM user can view incidents with SAP component FI (if he wants to). Of course you can use the search criteria in CRM UI (ITSM) to filter the incidents with the non-relevant SAP component, but is there any way to restrict the access to incidents with a specific SAP component? I don't know if this is even possible. I couldn't find any authorization objects or something similar.

    Hy Tobias,

    it is possible to use saved searches, which you can deploy to the specific users:

    1372708 - Saved Searches: Publish a Search to all Users of a Bus.-Role

    I know, it could be a high maintanance effort, if you got a lot of users.

    • Yes. Maybe its possible to hide some CRM UI objects, so users cant do a custom search.

      But i think this is not a very nice solution.
