Time evaluation check if ee was at work between certain hours

Hello,

is there a way to check in Time Evalution whether person was at work between certain hours?

This is needed to check if employee was working during time change (which is beteer 2 and 3 a.m.).

I could use VARST operation but if person has time entered in 2003 Infotype then it will not work.

Any suggestions?

PS.Client requirement: system calculates time change bonuses automatically without assigning special day types in 2003 infotype.

For example when time change due to daylight savings comes in winter, employee will work not 8 hours as planned but 9 hours. This is because the clocks are set back from 3 am to 2 am (so he has to work that one hour twice).

During Time evaluation I want to automatiacally (this is the requirement) genarate 1 hour of overtime. This has to be done for those working on night shifts (for example working from 22-6 or 20-4), as the time change is between 2 and 3 am.

When processing that day in Time Evaluation, are you able to see the "Clock-In" and "Clock-Out" times?

Try executing Time Evaluation for the 2 days of any week-end, for one employee, with the "Display log" box checked, and drill down into the log to look at the Time Pairs on a day where such a Replacement (IT2003) has been created for the employee.

If you can see the see the "Clock-In" and "Clock-Out" times, you should be able to create a pcr that first reads the "Clock-In" time, and if less than 02:00 proceed to check the "Clock-Out" time, and if greater than 03:00, generate one hour of Overtime.

We are using TE with negative time and thus no clock in or out....

The idea with checking start and end time seems to be the way here...

Check your Time Evaluation log, because all Daily Work Schedules are configured with basic time In/Out, and Absences should enable you to identify (and exclude) those who are not "at work" between 2AM and 3AM.

Please note if the attendance is across midnight, (e.g., from 10pm tp 3am), the time will be shown as 25:00 for 1am.  Hence checking in PCR's should be accordingly.  The times in T510S also should be similar.
