link button to edittext

Hi Dear;

i linked a linkbutton to an edittext on lf_BusinessPartner.

when i click the button nothink happen.

is there any additional code i have to write for the click button event?

Hi

If you are using the screen painter. You must make sure that you have linked the arrow to the edit text by using "Link To". Then you must also say which object, there is a field that you set on the arrow in the screen painter. I thin k BP is 2 if i remember correctly.

Alternative is you can set it in your code.
