Sending Certificate to marketplace

Using XI I am trying to send a purchase order to a Market Place via a Web Service.

The Market place requires a certificate to be send for Authentication, can anyone help with where I need to configure the certificate in XI

    The certificate needs to be added to the Keystore of the J2EE engine of the XI system...

    and that entry has to be used while configuring the Receiver Marketplace adapter ...

    I have a bit more detail on this problem that may make the answer more complicated. Firtly the Market place in Question is BTTRansact and we are trying to call a Web Service to Post the message. I don't know if BTTransact is using MML for this. Is there any other way to reference a Certificate from the Keystore other than using the Marketplace Communication protocol?
