Hi,

Obviously, budget values are stored in these tables with a link to cost object. Cost object is stored in OBJNR field.

Hi Manoj

What I have suggested in my last post is working...I have tested first time and it's ok and giving CCtr/CE combination report

So can follow...your issue will be resolved

Hi,

if you want to have a fully featured budget control at "cost element" level, I agree you maybe need FM (Funds Management) but this is a different module and usally is implemented in public sector. There you have availability control at different levels and much more...

IN CO:

1. budget you can define only at cost center level

2. at cost elemnt level you have planned values and this are stored in COEP (period values) and COEJ (year values), as said before, you can use OBJNR for cost center from CSSK.

Best regards.

Hi Manoj,

i agree with Kamal, previously in my project we maintain budget in the FM level, which in your case for cost center were derived from Fund Center. The Fund center and cost center were linked through FMDERIVATION.

if you want to see the report for cost center, you can go to tcode S_ALR_87013614.

Thank you.

Hi Manoj,

you can try with table BPGE (total value, BPJA annual and BPPE period)

where is value type WRTTP (41 is Budget) and OBJNR is the internal nummer for controlling object, for example Cost center.

You can link table CSKS with OBJNR as key to table BPGE so you obtain Cost Center data from CSKS and budget data from BPGE.

Best regards.

Hi Manoj,

Try BPPE in SE16N where object number show your controlling area with cost center

For eg.KSABC123

here ABC is controlling area and 123 is your cost center
