Advance Reminder message

Dear All,

we have requirement  as per the SAP standard system will throw the warning message when the vendor contains advance .now our requirement is

system should show the warning message when there is  advance to the employees while posting .

how we can achieve this please help

we want to show the warning message if the employer contains advance s .

Example :- Employer is Mr A  ,contains advance , while i do any transaction against him system should show the warning message as contains advance .
