MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/SHADOW_IMPORT_INC running for long time

Hi Experts,

I am doing upgrade of solution manager 7.1 sps04 to sps14 through SUM and i am at preprocessing phase and the process is running atMAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/SHADOW_IMPORT_INC from last 15 hours ..So please suggest should i wait more or share any corrective action to resolve this issue.

Hi Varun,

As you've already been aware about the upgrade process is completely based on the availability of resources assigned for the procedure (In terms of hardware,processes assigned,parameters etc).In my opinion you should wait for the completion of phase if log files are keep updating with records.Meanwhile you could refer SCN thread at MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/SHADOW_IMPORT_INC is ... | SCN .
