Express information POPUP

Hi,

When I am using quality, after some time popup will occurs i.e of express information.

But I want to remove that. It is displayed after some time again and again.

If there is any settings then help me. See the below screen shot.

Please tell me the solution.

Hi.

That's an issue connected to the SapOffice system. It doesn't affect anything, but it could be disturbing.

If express information is about notification of unviewed mails just check out SO16 transaction and set off "No notification of unviewed mails at logon" in the "User Notification"  tab.

If express information is about other you can go into transaction SM30-> TAble SCPARAMS and set

Parameter STATUSMAIL_FORCE_SETTINGS = N

Hi

Thanks for your reply. But in SM30 --> table SCPARAMS

"Table/view SCPARAMS is not in the Dictionary" ,

this message is displayed.

Please help me for the same.

Hi.

SXPARAMS. Try to add parameter if not present.

Check out note 960880 - Error occurs in the case of status mails. There's a section to manage SXPARAMS.
