We implemented the DMS connector and everything works fine except the
index
process. When we specify the connection to the system via user mapping
we assign to the user INDEX_SERVICE a R/3 user and the indexing is
working, but when we try to switch to SSO with Logon tickets the index
process does not start. We created the user INDEX_SERVIC following the
note 688776 (since there is the 12 character limit in the R/3 users)
but
it did not work either. Looking at the log in the J2EE it seems that
the system try to connect with the user GUEST.
