AE request approved ,still it shows in workflow it is pending

I have an AE request which is approved at all stages still it shows it is pending for approval . Can anyone please tell me why it is happening .

Also when a AE request is cancelled, I can still see in my bin ? how do we remove from my bin

check and apply the mentioned note

1846307 - Status remains as Decision Pendig for Approved requests.

Also when a AE request is cancelled, I can still see in my bin ? how do we remove from my bin

Try with program:GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST

Thanks a lot for your reply ,it has helped me . I was just wondering like we have program to cancel the request, do we have some program for the first case when status remains as Decision pending for approved request .

Hello,

i don't think we have separate program for that,

if the status is decision pending,check in audit log if request is waiting for any approval(as per stage settings approval filed-only one/all approvers)
