Hello,

For the repair of the incorrect LIS update, you must carry out a setup of statistical data for the respective posting date with the aid of standard report  like RMCFNEUD and RMCFNEUA

Please refer note    64636 - Procedure for setting up statistical data in the Logistics Information System (LIS).

Hello Fernando,

Info-structures can be rebuilt. There is no permanent loss in these. Steps:

  • Set up the statistics first for the Info-structure to a temporary version. Means building the statistics to a temporary version into the same info-structure table. The tcode varies according to the Info-structure. In your case the Tcode is OLI4 . Using this tcode you generate a temporary version &(0 of statistics. (Means you will give this value in the Save under version field). Give any name such as date etc in the Name of the run field. Hope I need not tell that you'll give S026 in the field Info structure to be set up. This operation usually takes long.
  • Use Tcode OLIX to delete version 000  and then to copy above temporary version to real version 000. How to do this is:- Use Copy + Delete option while doing this.

Please have a trial in Dev servers to experience what is happening. As I said, there is nothing to fear while working on setting up of Info-structures as we can always rebuild when we know the steps.

My key area being Plant maintenance, I did not rebuild S026 ever (In my case the first tcode is OLPM and of-course the second one is OLIX for all.. I usually run this set up in the late in the evenings or on Off-days such as Sunday.

Good luck
